We have two main sites in Auckland and Christchurch, but our team is spread across the country. We also offer our team the ability to work overseas for up to four weeks a year! We provide a supportive environment for you to work at your best. We come together twice a year to connect as one team as we celebrate key achievements and plan ahead.

Business Intelligence - Specialists and Analysts

You might not have heard of Pareto Toolbox but that’s ok, we’re relatively young and in 5 years have already helped some of New Zealand’s biggest and best companies move several steps closer to achieving their strategies. Our purpose is to empower organisations to unlock and create lasting value by delivering work that really improves our clients’ business through commercial delivery, increasing resilience in the supply chain and better use of data and digital. 

Our team are on the hunt for like-minded Business Intelligence Specialists and Analysts with a natural curiosity and passion for data and technology. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to problem solve and develop appropriate data solutions, you will have demonstrated experience translating technical information and requirements to a broad audience.  

A strong technical background in data analytics, digital tooling such as Power BI and data storytelling goes without saying. You will love being able to take unorganised and unstructured data and turn it into valuable insights, while taking ownership of client delivery.

PROCUREMENT SPECIALISTS - ICT OR CONSTRUCTION (PERMANENT OR CONTRACT)

Our team is growing so we’re now on the hunt for Procurement Specialists with experience in ICT or Construction. Ideally you will be able to hit the ground running, have a high level of commercial acumen and demonstrated people and supplier engagement skills.

Responsible for managing tender and negotiation processes, you will provide contract, relationship management, risk and commercial advice that will deliver benefits for our clients.

You’ll need to be comfortable to adapt to changing client environments and not shy away from stepping outside your comfort zone. With a natural curiosity and hunger to succeed, you will be well-informed and always seeking latest market intelligence to maximise opportunities for our clients.

We’re a high performing team, working closely with clients directly in execution of key projects. These are often in 90 days sprints, so job satisfaction happens on a regular basis.

We offer a supportive and inclusive team culture, with team members being both permanent and contract staff. We offer a competitive salary, the flexibility to work across several sites or remotely, as well as full or part-time options to suit.
